I appreciate that. I did miss that weight though and I'll have to revise the smart goal. I did have some successes in that time, but not the weight one. I was finally "given the go" or "cut loose" by my P.T. that my shoulder is finally rehabbed from an injury 4 months ago, so it's a very exciting time right now of trying to get my strength back...hmm...maybe some SMART goals related to strength would be good. (I'm feeling a pushup goal since I can only do 4 right now). But, yes, writing it down is definitely helpful. I keep a google spreadsheet too. I skipped on over to your blog and right away I loved "I created this blog to record my ideas on controlling my EGO". Pleasure to make your acquaintance; I look forward to having some more time to meander through your blog. Mine isn't well maintained, but I try to hit the high points.
